Returns and cancellations:
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund, (Including Postage) within 14 days of receiving the goods. We are sorry, however, that we cannot refund the return postage costs. If our courier has tried to deliver twice and you are not in or you have not given us instructions to leave the parcel somewhere safe, a charge of £15.00 + vat per parcel will be due when they return the goods to us (or a £5.00 charge for a third delivery). The same charge will be applied by our couriers for a change of address after dispatch, or if you change your mind and wish to cancel the order after dispatch. We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations, of which we are legally obliged to do.
