Product Description

These are BARE ROOTED plants which can be planted from the end of October until April and will be dispatched as soon as the weather turns cold and they become dormant. The dispatch date depends on the Autumn temperature and varies from year to year.
Cornus stolonifera ‘Flaviramea’: Olive green stems, pure green leaves. This is one of the widest used utility dogwoods that you'll see in public car parks and on roundabouts. It's tough, but at its best when it's showing its stems. They can become invasive if grown in wet soils.
It contrasts perfectly with the foliage of evergreen shrubs and early spring-flowering bulbs. It's tolerant of a wide range of soils, and produces the brightest winter bark when planted in full sun. To keep the size of the plant in check and to encourage the most colourful bark, remove a third of the stems back to ground level each spring
Plant as a single shrub or as a hedge 30-60cm apart.
