10 Leyland Cypress / Green Leylandii in 9cm Pots, 30-40cm Evergreen Hedging Plants

 

This rapidly growing landscape evergreen has fine, feathery, soft-green pointed needles on flattened branches. Needles turn dark blue-green in maturity

 

Leylandii takes nutrients and moisture from the soil so there's a need for a space between the hedge and other shrubs. It likes sun or partial shade, well drained soil and is suitable for seaside gardens. Leylandii will not regrow from old wood, so it cannot be left to get out of hand and then trimmed down to size.

    The plants arrived very quickly, well packaged and in lovely condition. We have placed the plants outside in their pots for a few days and they have already started to grow taller!! Looking forward to some excellent growth this year.

    I purchased these trees but was a bit sceptical, as i had bought from a different company and they died, but i have to say these trees we bought from 3 Fat Pigs are absolutely brilliant, arrived all safely packaged, super fast delivery, all trees were of same height, we are very pleased with our purchase, and would not hesitate to buy from this company again, 10/10 Thankyou from one happy customer !!!!!

    Plants arrived packed on their side and three out of ten had come out of their pots. Very small root base and all plants were not as tall as expected 15-16cm. The plants did look very healthy and hopefully when the weather warms up they will grow ok.

    These leylandii trees were shorter than I expected as in nearer to 1 foot than 2, but they were all alive and in good condition. They apppear to have coped well with being packaged and posted and dont seem to have been damaged on route. They have been in the ground a few days now and all look healthy. well done Beechwood nurseries and thankyou. Jacqui.
