These are  bare rooted plants which can be planted from October until April and will be dispatched as soon as the weather turns cold and they become dormant.The dispatch date depends on the Autumn temperature and varies from year to year.

Give all the Birds, Bees & Wildlife a Wonderful Habitat to Live in and Feed on. You will get all the different colours of Flowers, Leaves and Berries in this hedge through the season.

The mix will consist of 6 native varieties:

70% HAWTHORN 40-60 CM and mixture of different varieties such as Blackthorn, Hazel, Beech, Wild rose, Holly, Guelder rose, Spindle, Dog rose, Elderflower, field maple, Crab apple, Wild cherry, Wild pear, Bird cherry, Hornbeam, Common dogwood and Cherry plum

BARE ROOTED

PLANT IN 2 ROWS 18 INCHES APART.
When the plants arrive they can be planted in a well dug over trench with rotted manure or any other organic fertilizer (The plants will grow without doing this, but it gives them a better start) . If they are not being planted immediately, unwrap and place the bunch in a hole filled with sand or soil. Don't steep in water for longer than 2 hours as this can destroy the roots.
