Product Description

1 Common Lilac / Syringa Vulgaris 40-60cm

These are BARE ROOTED plants which can be planted from the end of October until April and will be dispatched as soon as the weather turns cold and they become dormant. The dispatch date depends on the Autumn temperature and varies from year to year.

This is the wild species of Lilac which is a deciduous shrub that grows into a bushy thicket with green heart-shaped leaves. The light blue-purple flowers are very sweet-smelling in early summer.

It is particularly noted for its mid to late spring (May) bloom of very fragrant, tubular, 4-lobed flowers  which bloom in large conical to narrow-pyramidal panicles.

    Great service. Lovely plant!

My aunt was wanting a lilac tree or bush and I decided to buy one as part of her birthday gift. It arrived three working days after I ordered it. It was beautifully packaged and when I opened it up, it was in pristine condition. Not one bud was damaged and it is a beautiful plant. It had a great rootball and lots of wet soil to keep it alive in transit. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to friends.

    Lilac tree

Lilac tree came well wrapped with support cane. 3 ft tall, root system looks heathy. Now planted giving it time to bed in over winter. Beechwood trees, I am very satisfied, as a returning customer. Thank you.

It was delivered in the postal box through the door, the leaves dry, I hope will revive because there are only the stems. I planted it with care and hope will live.
