Product Description

Self-Fertile Mini Kiwi Fruit 'Issai' In a 2L Pot , Chinese Gooseberry Plant

Kiwi fruits, or Chinese gooseberries, are vigorous climbers that twine around any available support and can reach a great height, although they are more often trained on horizontal wires on a warm wall and kept pruned to size.

These miniature fruits are sweet and juicy just like the fuzzy variety and you don't have to peel them. Issai is self fertile and prefers full sun and good light soils.

Very quick delivery and an excellent price. Good large healthy plant, now planted and already showing signs of growth. Hoping for good crops in a year or two.

I have bought this a year ago for my mum’s birthday. The plant has grown so much and looks incredible in my mum’s garden. My mum wants another plant for her birthdays this year so will be definitely buying it from here!

    Still alive

Unfortunately I forgot I was going on holiday when I ordered the kiwis and they arrived the next day (I think). When i got back home a week later i opened the box to find 2 amazingly healthy plants. They were about double the height advertised and, despite the complete neglect i showed them, they are thriving. I have had them growing on an espalier for the past few weeks and they look to be really happy and thriving. Amazing stuff
