'Jeanne d'Arc' is a large, upright, deciduous shrub to 3m with bright green, three-lobed leaves. Pure white flowers bloom in late summer. It is easily grown, tolerating a wide range of soil and moisture conditions. Excellent specimen.
Hibiscus syriacus is a hardy deciduous shrub. The flowers are often pink in colour, but can also be dark pink (almost purple), light pink or white. Individual flowers are short-lived, lasting only a day. However, numerous buds are produced on the shrub's new growth, and this provides prolific flowering over a long summer blooming period.
