Japanese maples are small, deciduous trees grown for their graceful habit, autumn colour and beautiful foliage which may be coloured or deeply dissected.

 

A beautifully shaped tree with small purple-red flowers in spring and purple leaves which turn brilliant red in autumn. Best in a sheltered spot protected from the wind.

    Plants arrived on time and in good condition though not sure about the packing , one was fine the second was ‘bare rooted’ completely out of it’s pot . Also there were no labels , nothing to distinguish one from the other. Hopefully all is well .
