Kniphofia Sunningdale Yellow in 1.5-2L Pot, Slender Spikes, Floriferous
*Kniphofia* 'Sunningdale Yellow' is a highly regarded cultivar, celebrated for its slender, tubular yellow blooms that emerge on sturdy stems above elegant, grass-like foliage. This free-flowering torch lily provides a striking vertical aesthetic to the landscape and serves as an effective attractant for bees and other essential pollinators.
Classified as RHS H5, this fully hardy perennial is capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -15°C once established. As a deciduous plant, it enters dormancy during the winter months and resumes growth in the spring, offering an extended flowering period from early summer through autumn. Maintaining faded foliage throughout the winter is recommended, as it provides natural frost protection for the crown.
