Fargesia Rufa/ Chinese fountain bamboo

1-2ft tall in a 2L Pot

 

F. rufa is an elegant, evergreen, clump-forming bamboo with upright but arching canes and bright green leaves throughout the year. The new canes emerge a bright green, contrasting with the papery older canes, creating an attractive two-tone effect.

Fargesia are densely clump-forming evergreen bamboos with slender arching canes bearing copious narrow leaves.

    I was looking for a small bamboo for a gap in a part-shady border - the website was easy to navigate and I found just what I was looking for. It was delivered within a week and I was very impressed with the packing - it was nestled on a thick bed of shredded bamboo and covered with the same - it was received in perfect condition. It looks beautiful in the border. Very happy and definitely recommend.

    Havingp previously purchased some of these Bamboos 7 months earlier. Found we needed two more. Hence a new order which arrived well packed. The Bamboos were bigger than the previous ones. Very healthy and in A1 condition. If you need Bamboos give these a try you won’t be disappointed.
