'Blue Spire' is an erect small deciduous shrub to 1.2m, with white stems bearing deeply-divided, aromatic greyish leaves. Small violet-blue flowers in large plumy panicles in late summer and autumn

 

Perovskia are deciduous subshrubs with aromatic, deeply divided, grey-green leaves and large, open panicles of small tubular blue flowers from late summer.

Dry, brittle stems on Perovskia (Russian sage) are completely normal during autumn through to early spring, as the plant is deciduous and goes dormant

    Very pleased with the perovskia sent by Beechwood nurseries. Healthy, nice shape and a good size. Also very competitive price, particularly with the free postage, which is really unusual for just one plant. Arrived quickly and very well packaged - liked the clingfilm around the top of the pot to stop the soil spilling. Thanks for a great plant, well packaged at a good price.

    The perovskia plants I ordered are lovely healthy well rooted plants. They are a good size, have settled in well to their front border home & are growing well already. Delivery was v. quick & the plants were well wrapped & protected in straw. Thank you for supplying quality plants at a really affordable price.

    A Russian Gem!

    I was introduced to this stunning plant which I saw growing in a French garden, similar in habit to a tall lavender with spectacular leaves and flowers. I searched the internet and found it for sale on your website. I received the perovskia yesterday, well packed and promptly posted. It is now planted in my garden, and I am looking forward to seeing it developing the "blue spires".

    The perovskia arrived in good time after ordering, it was well packaged, the pot was wrapped and secured through the outer box, and the void was filled with straw both eco friendly and very useful in the garden.
